These are the rules for using this website and joining the waitlist. They are deliberately short. The app, when it launches, will have its own separate terms.

What this site is

A pre-launch page for an upcoming mobile journaling app called The Void. You can read about the app, join a waitlist to be told when it opens, and send us a message.

What you agree to

• You will give us a real email address that is yours to use.
• You will not try to abuse, overwhelm, or break the forms.
• You will not submit content that is illegal, harassing, or contains malware.

What we agree to

• We will only email you about The Void, never sell or rent your address.
• We will honor unsubscribe and deletion requests promptly.
• We will tell you what we collect and who processes it — see the Privacy page.

No guarantee of launch date or features

The Void is in development. Anything you read here describes our current intent, not a contractual promise. Features, pricing, and launch timing may change.

Intellectual property

The Void name, wordmark, and the design of this site belong to us. You may share links to this page freely, but please do not copy the site wholesale or pass it off as your own.

Disclaimer

This website is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of The Void. If something needs sorting out, we will try to do it by email first.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
